About us:
We believe that a rewarding career is built on impactful work and meaningful relationships.
Our mission is to provide world-class representation in high value legal markets, and to leverage our for-profit practice to provide public interest services in areas vital to a just society: systemic racism and bias, gender equity, LGBTQ rights, socio-economic inequity, disparate treatment in housing and community investment, protection of refugees and asylum seekers, voting rights, and environmental justice.
Our firm does not seek to maximize firm profits; instead, we provide sufficient compensation to a group of employees and partners that creates a platform enabling them to work for the public interest. Associate attorneys are expected to spend between 25% and 50% of their time on public interest causes supported by the partnership.
